The i-GAP 200 is a professional desktop piezo injector tester designed for diagnosing and servicing common rail piezo injectors in modern heavy-duty diesel engines. It combines injector drive, electrical parameter measurement, insulation testing, mechanical stroke measurement, resistance measurement and the critical GAP function in a single color touchscreen unit.

Six Core Testing Modes

• Injection Test: Drives a piezo injector with adjustable test settings for functional checks.

• Parameters Test: Measures electrical parameters including resistance and capacitance.

• Insulation Test: Checks high-voltage insulation performance to identify leakage or internal electrical faults.

• Stroke Test: Connects to an electronic dial indicator to measure mechanical stroke data.

• Resistance Test: Measures circuit resistance for injector coil and actuator diagnosis.

• GAP Test: Measures the critical internal injector clearance used during calibration and repair.
